Priorities
The board runs the party
The board doesn't set government policy. Its job is the party itself: the people, the money, the rules and the process. That's where a director can make sure members are treated fairly.
- MembersMembership, communication and member engagement
- ConstituenciesSupport for constituency associations across the province
- NominationsThe rules and process for choosing candidates
- Policy & AGMThe member-driven policy process and the annual meeting
- StewardshipParty finances, operations and the constitution
Commitment 1
No member sidelined
No member, volunteer or candidate should be shut out of this party because of how they voted in the referendum. I'll push back on any rule, process or decision that does that.
Commitment 2
Fair, open nominations
Local members choose local candidates. Open, contested nominations with clear rules that apply the same way to everyone.
Commitment 3
Strong constituency associations
Our CAs are where the work gets done. They need real support from the party and the room to run their own affairs.
Commitment 4
Member policy gets a real hearing
When members pass policy at an AGM, they deserve to know what happened to it. I'll track it and report it back.
Commitment 5
Report back after every meeting
After every board meeting I'll tell members what was decided, within what board confidentiality allows. You shouldn't have to guess what your board is doing.
Common cause
Focus on alignments in common cause for 2027
Our conservative government has delivered for Albertans, and we want it to keep working for them.
We don't have to agree on everything to get there. We focus on where we align, work on what we share, and settle our differences fairly.
